The different Parisian districts include several neighbourhoods where visitors discover their own atmosphere and history. Belleville-Ménilmontant is one of those Parisian districts where you can feel a certain village atmosphere, with its picturesque alleyways, its rural plateau of vineyards... This is probably due to the fact that it is a popular and above all multicultural district. It is in this peaceful area that the Père-Lachaise cemetery extends over 44 hectares, where many celebrities are buried.

Bastille
