The campsite has several sanitary facilities and an emptying area for camper vans. Where to park to visit Paris?

While staying in Pont-Sur-Yonne, why not try a getaway to visit the city of light. The train station is only 10 minutes from the campsite and the train journey takes only one hour. If you wish to go there by motorhome, the capital offers some parking facilities.

Car parks for motorhomes in Paris

You can go and discover the heart of Paris or spend a day in the city. Eurodisney.

In the guarded car park of Disney, you will find sanitary facilities and three dumping stations for motorhomes. You can park there for a few hours or longer. The access to this parking lot is quite expensive, costing 45 euros for a day and night pass.

Close to Paris and within the city limits, covered car parks are available for motorhomes upon reservation.

At Roissy, the Pascher accepts imposing vehicles (H. maximum 3.60m/L. 7m) and the package will cost you 32€ for one day, including a free transfer to the airport shuttle to reach the capital. In Paris, the covered car park Porte d'Orléans accommodates camper vans up to 2.60m high. Adept of seasonal promotions, it is very close to metro, bus and tramway for an immediate walk in the touristic Paris.

Free motorhome parking in Paris

Paris can be visited all year round but some people are reluctant to enter by motorhome.

Free parking is allowed in the centre provided that the rules in force are respected. It is not uncommon to be able to park for one or two nights near Les Halles, Champ de Mars, on the Ile de la Cité, in Saint-Michel or in the 14th arrondissement.

It is important to remember that parking in Paris, even free, is limited to 24, 48 or 72 hours depending on the location. Informed motorhome owners change places in the same area, which allows them to stay longer.
